App: Da Nghe - AI voice assistant for cars

By downloading, installing, or using the Da Nghe app, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

1. Conditions of Use

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older.
You are responsible for using the app while driving — always follow traffic laws and prioritize safety.
The Google account used to sign in must be a valid account that belongs to you.

2. Features and Limitations

The app provides voice navigation, music playback, phone calls, and AI chat. We may change, add, or discontinue features without prior notice.

AI Chat requires an Internet connection and uses chat credits. AI responses are for reference only — they do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. AI Chat Credits

3.1 Allocation

New accounts receive 5 free credits.
Each question that receives an AI response deducts 1 credit.
Navigation, music playback, and phone call commands do not consume credits.

3.2 Purchasing Credits via Google Play

3.3 Refund Policy

Purchased chat credits do not expire.
Transactions via Google Play are subject to the Google Play refund policy.
We support refunds in cases of confirmed technical errors that caused loss of chat credits — contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
Used chat credits are not refundable.

Important: Chat credits are tied to the Google account you sign in with. If you purchase credits on device A and then sign in on device B with the same account, your credits remain intact. We are not responsible if you purchase credits on the wrong account.

4. Information We Collect

See details in our Privacy Policy. Summary:

Google email, device model — for account management.
Google Play transaction data — to grant chat credits.
Contacts, voice, music files — processed locally, not sent to our servers.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Using the app to engage in unlawful activity.
Intentionally interfering with, damaging the system, or fraudulently obtaining chat credits.
Using the app in a way that endangers yourself or others while driving.
Reverse engineering, copying, or distributing the app without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

AI responses may be inaccurate — do not use them for important medical, legal, or financial decisions.
We are not liable for accidents or damages arising from use of the app while driving.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted app availability — service may be interrupted due to maintenance or events beyond our control.
Navigation quality depends on third-party map apps (Google Maps, Waze, Vietmap).

7. Intellectual Property

All source code, interface, name, and logo of Da Nghe are owned by the developer. You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive license to use the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if we detect violations of these terms. Remaining chat credits will be refunded proportionally if termination is initiated by us without user fault.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after notification means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts in Vietnam.
